• Check in from 16:00 (earlier is not an issue - to be discussed).

• Check out until 16:00 (later is possible but on request).

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the property. Outside smoking is permitted, please use the foreseen ashtray.

• Please do not leave candles unattended.

• Respect the neighbours and keep quiet after 22.00.

• The property is rented for max. 4 people. Use by third parties of the apartment is not allowed.

• We give you a carefree stay. However, we take no responsibility for any loss, accident, personal injury, medical expenses or property damage caused by personal inattention or due to circumstances beyond our control.

• The apartment should be kept tidy upon departure: please place your waste in the bin outside.

​

• Please carefully handle all the stuff: if something breaks unexpectedly, please inform us thereof.

​

• A fire extinguisher is present in the hallway, just outside the apartment. In case of fire immediately inform us and call 112.

​

• Pets are not allowed.

​
